The programme provides an introduction to International Business Law, focusing on issues of interest to law students, practitioners, lawyers and other professionals such as: International Commercial and Corporate Law, International Tax Law, Torts Law, European Union Law, ADR – Alternative Dispute Resolution, Ancient Roman Law, Bitcoin & Blockchain, Crowdfunding and Start up, Microcredit & Microfinance, Environmental Law.
Classes will be conducted by law professors and attorneys with experience in the specific field. Classes will be held in English, from Monday to Friday, 09.00 -12.00 am & 01.00-04.00 pm.
As a reflection of our heritage the ancient Roman Law section will be held in the Roman Forum. Special arrangements have also been made for a visit to the Supreme Court of Italy, which will include attending a hearing in the Court.
The number of students admitted will be limited, in order to provide the highest quality learning opportunity and meaningful dialogue between professors and students.
In addition to offering academic lectures, the Business Law and Financial Academy will enable visits to sites of professional and cultural interests in Milan and Florence; social and networking events; and presentations by leading practitioners, legal experts and career strategists.
